Pink LG Cookie Review

If you are on a budget, but want a phone with touch screen technology, the LG Cookie Pink may be what you are looking for. This phone offers a compact and sleek design that features a large and easy to use display.

In addition to its large touch screen, the Pink LG Cookie has a 3.2 megapixel camera, a media player, as well as an FM radio, a memory slot, and Bluetooth technology. If you want an inexpensive phone that offers all of the essentials, there is no doubt that you’ll be pleased with the Pink Cookie LG.

Some additional features you’ll find with the cheap LG Cookie Pink is built in accelerometer, which automatically adjusts the screen to compensate for the direction the phone is pointed, whether that be up, down, or sideways.

When you place the phone in landscape position, a virtual keyboard automatically comes into view.

At about 20% smaller than the iPhone, and even smaller than the LG Renoir, you’ll find that its one of the most compact touch phones available. Though this phone only weights 89g, it still has a large 3” display, and when it comes to touch phones, the size of the screen is important.

The media player that comes with the Pink LG Cookie phone plays most music formats. Additionally, this phone comes with an FM radio, as well as fairly good web browsing capabilities. The phone also has a document viewer, as well as supports email.

For connectivity the LG Cookie Pink uses USB and Bluetooth with a quad band GSM frequency.

Some features that are lacking with the Pink LG Cookie phone include that it only has a limited megapixel camera, unlike some of the other LG phones that have 5 or 8 megapixel. In addition, the camera doesn’t offer autofocus, though these disadvantages are probably to be expected when you consider the low price of the LG Cookie Pink.

Additional limitations with this phone is its memory, which is only 48 MB, though you do have the option of adding a microSD memory card which can increase the memory to 8GB. There is also no 3G or WiFi capabilities, which means that despite having a web browser and large display, surfing the internet may not be all that easy to do.

The LG Cookie Pink comes at an amazingly affordable price so losing some extra features that may be available with high-end phones is only to be expected. What LG has done with the cheap LG Cookie Pink is to leave out some of the features that won’t really be missed, but still include the must have options.

If you have no interest in high speed web browsing, and find that a phone camera isn’t high on your list of priorities, you’ll probably fall in love with this phone, and especially with its inexpensive price.

For those looking for the best, you may want to stick with the high-end touch screen phones, but if you want the convenience of touch screen technology at an affordable price, you can’t go wrong with the LG Cookie Pink.
