A recent mystery shopping exercise has seen Mazuma Mobile being crowned the UK’s top performing mobile phone recycler in the UK in terms of service, speed and price.

Service Science, the mystery shopping service group that audits customer service and experience, has recently carried out a mystery shopping exercise looking at mobile phone recycling firms in the UK. In Britain, we all want to enjoy great service, speed, and value for money with any transactions that we make, and this includes recycling our mobile phones. These were the areas that Service Science looked at when carrying out the exercise and it went on to name the company that took the top spot as Mazuma Mobile.

Mystery shoppers evaluated nine leading mobile phone recyclers in the UK between July and August this year, measuring the quality of each area of service. The results put Mazuma Mobile in the top spot for speed of service, service quality, and overall performance.
