Nokia 2720 Fold Review
If you are looking for a budget phone that still offers lots of features, you just may be interested in the Nokia 2720. This is a very compact phone that has many of the features of some high-end phones, but at a lower cost. The Nokia 2720 is available in both black and red.
The Nokia 2720 Fold is a very compact mobile, measuring 93 mm x 46 mm x 17.9 mm, and it weighs only 90.3g. With the 2720 you get a duel screen display; the main display you see when you open the phone, as well as an external display. When you flip open the phone you’ll see a 1.8-inch display, with a numeric keypad below the screen.
Just like many mobile phones of today, the Nokia 2720 comes with a built in music player that supports MP3 and AAC file formats. With 35 MB of internal storage there’s enough room to take along all of your favorite music, in addition to the music player there is also a built in FM radio.
If you want the ability to get all those unexpected pictures that crop up whenever you don’t have your digital camera with you, the Nokia 2720 Fold does come with a basic camera. The camera included with this handset is a 1.3-megapixel camera that comes with 4 x digital zoom, plus the camera can also be used to record video. Of course you will not get the same quality pictures that you would with a digital camera, but it’s great for those quick snapshots that you don’t want to miss.
The Nokia 2720 Fold is a fairly basic mobile phone, but you do get a few extras included, such as messaging capabilities, E-mail, in addition to Nokia Xpress Audio Messaging. You will also get voice recording, as well as several games to keep you busy if you commute to work on a bus or train. In addition to all of this, you will also get an expense manager, an appointment list, and even an English dictionary.
Of course the Nokia 2720 does offer some great connectivity options that include GPRS, HSCSD, EDGE and Bluetooth. With this phone you can stay connected no matter where you are. One of the biggest problems with this phone is that it lacks 3G. The battery for the Nokia 2720 Fold is rated for 5 hours of talk time, and approximately 15 days of standby time. This is a fairly good rating for a budget phone.
The Nokia 2720 Fold is a mobile phone that offers some great high-end features at a budget price, plus you may even be able to get this phone for free if you can find a great Nokia 2720 deal.
