The Samsung S9402 Ego is just the phone for you if you have a lot of money to spend and don’t mind sinking it into a new mobile phone. This is an extremely expensive handset that is marketed as being a luxury phone that focuses on real world features and not a lot of unnecessary toys.
Although the Ego is suppose to be a top of the line luxury mobile, you will not notice a lot of difference on the outside. The Samsung Ego comes in a classic candy bar design. One difference between this mobile and others that look basically the same is in the construction. The Samsung Ego is made of liquid metal, which Samsung says will make this mobile sturdier, and able to withstand more abuse than the average mobile phone.
Another major difference you’ll discover with the Samsung S9402 is that it supports two SIM cards. Some additional features of this mobile include tri-band GSM, GPRS and EDGE connectivity. Considering the high price for this phone some may be disappointed with the smaller than average display.
Taking pictures with the Samsung Ego should be a good experience as this phone features a 5-megapixel camera with auto focus, and includes image stabilization, smile detection, as well as LED flash. This is a good camera, but taking into consideration this phone’s cost, it should have been at least an 8-megapixel camera. For connectivity you get Bluetooth 2.0 and USB connectivity, but it lacks 3G or WiFi, which is strange as this is a luxury phone.

The Samsung Ego is likely to be one of those luxury phones that simply don’t have what it takes to justify its high price; therefore it probably isn’t going to be very popular among cell phone users.
If you really want to spend a lot of money on your mobile phone you can check out the Samsung Ego, but you would likely get a good phone for a far lower price if you shop the mid-range phones.
