L770 Samsung Review

With Samsung being a leader in the mobile industry you can expect that their mobile handsets will be high quality devices, such is the case with the Samsung L770. This is a slider phone that offers several of the popular features that people want in their mobile phones today.

Some of what you’ll find with the Samsung L770 include a slightly smaller than average, 2.1-inch color display, a basic 2-megapixel camera, plus a video camera so that you can take advantage of video calling, which is starting to gain in popularity. There is also 40 MB of internal memory, as well as Bluetooth, 3G, and EDGE in addition to HSDPA connectivity. For multimedia features you’ll find that the L770 comes with an MP3 player, along with a built in FM radio. If you are the type of person that wants to stay productive, even when away from the office, you’ll enjoy the document viewer that comes with this Samsung mobile.

Of course the outside of the phone is nearly as important as what’s on the inside, and with the Samsung L770 you won’t be disappointed. This is a stylish, compact phone that not only looks great; it’s easy to carry with you wherever you go.

Another feature that a lot of people want with their mobiles is the ability to stay connected to the Internet, even when they can’t be at their computers. The full HTML browser that comes with the Samsung L770 makes it possible to do just that. With this 3G handset you can surf the Internet at fast speeds, and do just about anything online that you could do with your desktop. This is made possible due to the 3G HSDPA functionality featured with this phone.

Unfortunately, not everything about the Samsung L770 is great; once you start using this phone you’ll quickly discover that the visibility of the screen suffers when you are in bright sunlight, although in dimmer lighting the screen is bright and colorful. Another problem with the L770 is the limited 40 MB of internal memory, which isn’t much when you consider that taking your music along with you can eat up that memory fairly quickly, but fortunately you can expand the memory with a microSD card. The camera on this handset is sufficient for taking basic pictures, but it won’t replace your digital camera.

Aside from these few problems, the Samsung L770 definitely offers a lot of features for a mid-range mobile; not only that, but you get a smart looking, stylish phone that will appear to be far more expensive than what it is. Finding good Samsung L770 deals may require some shopping around, but there are sure to be several offered that could make this phone even more affordable.
