Sony T250i Review
The Sony Ericsson T250i is a simple but stylish handset that comes with some of the most popular features today, though not so many that it is complicated to use. This new phone from Sony Ericsson is simplistic in design, which in itself brings a level of sophistication to it.
With the Sony Ericsson T250i you get a stylish candy bard design, and this handset comes in a couple of different colors that include silver and black, with an aluminum finish. Not only is this phone simple to use, its compact design means that it is easy to carry with you wherever you go. The Sony Ericsson T250i measures 100mm X 45mm X 13mm and it weighs only 82g. This is the perfect size for slipping into your handbag or pocket.
Although the Sony Ericsson T250i is a basic phone, it still comes with a lot of fun features. With this handset you’ll get polyphonic ring tones, plus such built in features as Java, downloadable games, in addition to a FM radio that has the capability of storing up to 20 channel presets. Also included with the T250i is a 0.3-megapixel VGA camera.
The Sony Ericsson T250i comes with a 1.7inch TFT color screen, which is small by today’s standards, but big enough to view your pictures and contacts. One of the main problems with this mobile phone is that it only comes with 2 MB of internal memory, and there is no way to expand it. Even though this is not a lot of memory, it is likely enough to store a few pictures and your messages. Considering the T250i doesn’t have a lot of different features there probably isn’t much need for a massive amount of memory.
With the Sony Ericsson T250i you won’t get many features but you do get access to the Internet through WAP1.2.1 browser with GPRS so you can surf the Internet at fairly high speeds. In addition, this is a quad band phone. With this phone you get support for a variety of text messages including, SMS, MMS and EMS. To help speedup the typing of your text messages there is also predictive text technology.
The battery life of the Sony Ericsson T250i is rated for 7 hours of talk time and approximately 300 hours of standby time. With average use you should only have to charge this phone about every two to three days.
The Sony Ericsson T250i is a simplistic and stylish phone meant for those who are looking for a budget handset that can provide them with basic communication. If you are searching for a high tech smartphone this mobile isn’t what you are looking for. The good news is that you can save a lot of money on this phone if you can find some Sony Ericsson T250i deals online.
